Introduction

Collaborative Programmes are projects supported by the club but the planning and management of these projects are under the purview of outside organizations.

Project ASPIRE

Project ASPIRE is a tutoring programme that encourages undergraduates, graduates and postgraduates from NUS to reach out to Youths-at-Risk. We aim to inspire and nurture the potential of the mentees to become capable individuals of society and also instill volunteerism among the NUS community.

Currently, we are collaborating with the Singapore Boys' Hostel and Methodist Welfare Services, to recruit volunteers that will reach out to youths-at-risk, and provide tutoring sessions to youths on subjects like basic English, Math, as well as N-level subjects.

SGSS Online Tutoring Program

For the SGSS Online Tutoring program, NUS CSC partnered Serangoon Gardens Secondary School to recruit tutors, who provide academic support and coaching to secondary school students on Math and Chemistry.

Project In My Heart

Project In My Heart (IMH) is a new volunteering programme with the Institute of Mental Health, where volunteers will interact with patients through social, recreational and physical activities (e.g. arts and crafts, workshops, physical recreation, etc.). In light of the covid situation, volunteering will be done online via Zoom.
