Exploratory Programmes are the growth arm of the club and can be further broken down into 4 parts:
LEAP stands for Leadership, Engagement, Aspire, Potential.
L.E.A.P. is a scheme introduced to allow volunteers to propose their own adhoc projects with guidance and funding provided by the club. The projects often serve beneficiaries in new and unique ways which may then be integrated into the club either through the incorporation of the ideas into existing programmes or establishment of a new programme. Project WAO, a current Special Project, was previously a LEAP project which was then elevated into a permanent project in CSC
The following are the ongoing projects for AY21/22:

project in my heart
Project In My Heart (IMH) is a new volunteering programme with the Institute of Mental Health, where volunteers will interact with patients through social, recreational and physical activities (e.g. arts and crafts, workshops, physical recreation, etc.). In light of the covid situation, volunteering will be done online via Zoom.

SGSS STUDY BUDDY
For the SGSS Study Buddy, NUS CSC partnered Serangoon Gardens Secondary School to recruit tutors, who provide academic support and coaching to secondary school students on Math and Chemistry.
Project SparkSeed is a virtual ideathon aimed at developing solutions to problem statements, focusing on the beneficiaries of NUS CSC’s volunteering programmes.
Project ALIVE is an inaugural Alumni Volunteering Event which will be held for the first time ever on 9 July 2022.
The main goal of the project is to strengthen the club’s alumni relations by providing a platform for CSC alumni to volunteer with CSC once again. If you’re an alumni, do sign up for this event and catch up with your old friends!
