Project There Is Love (TIL) is a project aimed at empowering the less privileged women within our Singaporean community through sustainable manners, such as the swapping and upcycling of clothing items. Our project aims to assert and encourage women to be proud of, and to form their own unique identity regardless of their background.

This project started as a brainchild during the KonMari phase, while considering the best way to give secondhand clothes a new and loving home. It also stemmed from wonders of how many beneficiaries actually would wear the clothes that they were being donated. Hence, in this project, we found it especially important to grant our beneficiaries agency over their own identity through autonomy of choice. The title of the project, There Is Love, is also a beacon of hope — that everyone can find, and do things with love wherever they go, regardless of whoever they encounter.
