General information
Recruitment of Project Directors for the following project(s):
1. Grant A Wish XXIII
2. CSC Day XX
Such responsibilities generally include the management of the Project as a whole and the various cells of the organising committee; selection of community members and management of external partner(s); and sourcing of additional grants and donations, if necessary etc.
In the event that there are not enough suitable candidates for any Special Project, it would be put on hold for this academic year.

Those who wish to apply under group applications should form a team consisting of 2-3 members and all members are required to submit the application form.
2. Proposal
Candidates who have submitted the application form will be contacted for the proposal period and a proposal template will be made available then.
Note: Application form must be submitted for applicants to be considered for the proposal period.
Group Applications
1. Kindly ensure that every member of your team/you want in your team submits the proposal.
2. Do take note of the sections that should be done individually in the proposal template.
3. Interview
Upon submission of the proposal and application, shortlisted applicants will be contacted to arrange for a 1.5-hour interview.
The interview will be conducted by the President, Vice-President (Special Projects), General Secretary (Special Projects) and outgoing Project Director(s) of the particular Special Project.
Selection Criteria
All potential candidates will be assessed based on the following:
A: Plans to address community needs and value-add to the project
B: Ability to manage the project (e.g. plans, selection of community members, management of external partners)
C: Ability to manage the Organising Committee (e.g. task delegation, conflict management, facilitation of learning)
The recruited Project Directors will be contacted to go through project plans together with the Vice-President (Special Projects) and General Secretary (Special Projects).
